It's that time of year again when the time changes, we are having longer days, the weather will begin to get warm and we will begin to think about summer. We all feel like we have more time in the day to get things done, which can make it much easier to ad exercise to our daily life. We begin to think about all the excuses we have made as to why we haven't done anything to get on a healthy path so far this year. No longer can we hide the extra pounds we put on under layers of clothing and we are realizing that are New Year's Resolutions are not being met.
