New Year's Resolutions

So it's that time of year again when we all make our New Year's Resolutions. We want to eat less, exercise more, be a better person, make more money, spend more time with our family and the list could go on and on. We have every confidence in ourselves that this year will be the year that we will actually make it happen. What really happens is we try the first week or two and then everything goes downhill and we don't continue on the right path. We are all guilty of this at some point in our lives. You might wonder why this happens! We get busy, feel relatively good, have no serious signs or symptoms, until that one day when we do. This is where we get to the fork in the road.
