Yoga and Pilates have been a constant in my life for the last 10 years and help to keep the me free from pain to a certain extent. There are times when I know I am out of alignment and I just need to be adjusted. Period.

He doesn't over do it, is gentle but effective and I noticed immediate improvement in muscle tension, headaches and my general well being. He doesn't just go in and do the same adjustment every time, like many of the chiropractors I have been to just --wham bam thank you ma'am. He is very attentive and treats exactly what I need. I even saw a huge change in my digestion, which is something that other chiropractors have claimed they could help with, but I had never seen results until now.
The office is clean and organized and I feel very comfortable and welcome. So glad I decided to take care of myself in this way!
